By downloading, installing, or using Talken, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Description of Service

Talken is a privacy-focused chat application that:

• Stores messages and files in your personal Google Drive
• Provides end-to-end encrypted communication
• Offers peer-to-peer calling functionality
• Supports file sharing up to 15 GB or your available Google Drive space

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Talken for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• Sharing copyrighted material without permission
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spamming or unsolicited commercial messages
• Impersonating others or creating fake accounts

4. Content and Data

4.1 Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all content you share through Talken
• You are solely responsible for the content you share
• You grant Talken permission to transmit your content to intended recipients

4.2 Data Storage

• All messages and files are stored in YOUR Google Drive, not our servers
• You control the retention and deletion of your data
• We do not have access to your stored messages or files

5. Privacy and Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• Your privacy is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information
• Communication is encrypted end-to-end

6. Intellectual Property

• Talken and its original content are owned by Flex Studios
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission
• All trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability
• Third-party service dependencies (Google Drive) may impact functionality

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Talken is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions
• Third-party actions or content
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. System Requirements

• Compatible operating system (Windows 7+, macOS 10.12+, Linux)
• Java Runtime Environment (JRE 8+ for non-bundled versions)
• Active Google account with Drive access
• Stable internet connection
• Minimum 2 GB RAM and 500 MB storage space

9. Updates and Modifications

• We may update Talken to improve functionality and security
• Updates may be automatic or require manual installation
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes

10. Termination

10.1 By You

• You may stop using Talken at any time
• Uninstall the application to terminate your use
• Your data remains in your Google Drive

10.2 By Us

We may terminate your access if you:

• Violate these terms
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to harm or exploit the service

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
